Delivered excellent first rate support to the management in streamlining and directing critical activities risk assessment & contractor pre-qualification. Shoulder the responsibility for Division IMS certifications maintenance by dealing with internal stakeholders & certification body. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Analyzed and evaluated performance of all EPC Projects on monthly, quarterly & annual basis in accordance with HSE management system and international standards to draw trend analysis and guide project sites team in executing action plans against gaps. • Gauged the implementation of Site specific HSE Business Plan, Field HSE Plan, Environmental Management Plan and Emergency Response Plan by measurement of key KPIs. Lead the responsibility for loss prevention competency, including fire water & foam demand calculation, conceptual layout of fire water network, fire zone mapping, F&G mapping, fire scenario envelop, firefighting equipment’s layout, emergency evacuation route design, and hazardous area classification on the basis of various standards and code of practice. Participated in all reviews and updates to ensure effective implementation of operational risk management processes, including HAZOP/ HAZID/ SIL Assessment Study, Fault/ Event Tree Analysis, PSSR, Project HSE Review, Safety cases, and HSEIA. Played a key role as a HSE Engineer and administered various units, including MEK De-Waxing of Lube Oil, Hydro finishing of wax free oil Unit, Hydrogen Generation Unit, BTX (Benzene, Toluene & Xylene) preparation by Shell Sulfolane Extraction process, and Furfural Extraction Unit.

Led training on emergency response & evacuation preparedness, steered mock drills, and delivered daily HSE status report to the Manager in a timely manner. Functioned in close collaboration with operation, maintenance and project consultants on to identify and resolve all safety issues in a timely manner. Investigate incidents and prepare HSE SOP’s and reports to the management. Delivered technical HSE expertise to support the project management team on all HSE aspects.
